Background
Heather grew up in California. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and her Juris Doctor degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. Heather is a member of the California Bar and in 2013 was sworn in as a solicitor of the High Court here in New Zealand.
