Woodward Chrisp recently entered a team in the Ekiden Marathon Relay in Rotorua. The team members were Ross Revington, Adam Simperingham, Ellie Fitzgerald, Bryony Shackell, Aaron McIlroy, and Maja Harris. A great weekend was had by all and it was a good team building experience. There were a few sore bodies the next day but nothing a soak in the heated pools didn't fix.
Team Woodward Chrisp finished 70th out of 112 total finishers with a time of 4 hours, 12 minutes, 31 seconds.
